ご注文をいただくことは、ご購入の申し出をすることを意味します。sunbowjpは、理由の如何を問わず、裁量によりご注文を承諾または拒否する権利を留保します。ご注文は、sunbowjpが承諾を確認するまで成立しません。ご注文を承諾する前に、お客様の決済を受領・処理する必要があります。ご注文確定前に内容をよくご確認ください。ご注文が承諾された後は、sunbowjpはキャンセルのご要望に対応できない場合があります。
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. sunbowjp reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to accept or reject any order for any reason. Orders are not binding until confirmed by sunbowjp. Before confirmation, payment must be received and processed. Please review your order carefully before finalizing it. Once an order is accepted, we may not be able to accommodate cancellation requests.

ご注文を承諾しない場合、内容を変更する場合、またはキャンセルする場合には、ご注文時にご提供いただいたメールアドレス、請求先住所、および/または電話番号に連絡することで、その旨をお知らせするよう努めます。

第5条 - 配送および納品 / Article 5 - Shipping and Delivery

配送および納品の遅延について、当社は責任を負いません。

商品を配送業者に引き渡した時点で、所有権および損失リスクはお客様に移転します。
Title and risk of loss pass to you once the product is handed over to the carrier.

第6条 - 知的財産権 / Article 6 - Intellectual Property

サービス上のコンテンツ（商標、テキスト、画像、デザインなど）はsunbowjpまたはライセンサーに帰属します。
All content on the Service (trademarks, text, images, designs, etc.) belongs to sunbowjp or its licensors.

事前の許可なく複製・配布・改変はできません。

sunbowjpやShopifyの名称・ロゴ等は各権利者の商標です。
The names, logos, and trademarks of sunbowjp and Shopify are protected trademarks.

第三者が提供するツールへのアクセスは「現状のまま」で提供され、当社は責任を負いません。

ご利用はお客様自身の責任で行ってください。

第9条 - Shopifyとの関係 / Article 9 - Relationship with Shopify

sunbowjpはShopifyにより運営されていますが、取引はお客様とsunbowjpの間で行われます。
sunbowjp is hosted by Shopify, but all transactions occur directly between you and sunbowjp.

お客様はShopifyを免責することに同意します。
You agree to hold Shopify harmless from any claims related to your transactions with sunbowjp.

第10条 - プライバシーポリシー / Article 10 - Privacy Policy

当社が収集する個人情報は当社およびShopifyのプライバシーポリシーに従って管理されます。
Personal information collected is governed by our Privacy Policy and Shopify’s Privacy Policy.

サービスを利用することで、これらのポリシーに同意したものとみなされます。
