配送ポリシー / Shipping Policy

  • 当店の商品はアメリカから発送されます。
    Our products are shipped from the United States.
  • 配送日数は目安であり、天候・交通・通関などの影響により遅れる場合があります。
    Delivery times are estimates and may be delayed due to weather, traffic, or customs.
  • 関税・輸入税はお客様のご負担となります（DDU/Delivered Duty Unpaid）。
    Customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient (DDU).
  • 紛失・破損時は、商品到着（または配達予定日）から7日以内にご連絡ください。
    For lost or damaged items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or the scheduled delivery date).
  • 追跡番号は発送完了後にメールでご案内いたします。反映までに1–3営業日かかる場合があります。
    Tracking numbers will be provided by email after dispatch. It may take 1–3 business days to become active.
  • 受注生産のため、制作に3–5営業日ほどお時間をいただき、その後に発送されます。
    As items are made to order, please allow 3–5 business days for production before shipping.
  • 同一注文でも複数拠点からの分納になる場合があります。
    Orders may be split into multiple shipments from different facilities.
  • 住所不備・受取拒否・保管期限切れによる返送が発生した場合の再送費用はお客様負担となります。
    Reshipment fees due to incorrect address, refusal, or unclaimed packages are the responsibility of the customer.

🇺🇸 USA → Europe / ヨーロッパ（フランス・ドイツなど） 10〜18 business days 🌍 国際配送としては標準。通関を含みます。
🇺🇸 USA → Japan / Asia / 日本・アジア 10〜20 business days 国際便として一般的な日数です。
🇪🇺 Europe → Europe（EU内） 4〜9 business days EU内は関税なし・配送安定。
🇫🇷 France（国内） 3〜6 business days La Poste / Colissimoなどで発送。
🇨🇳 China / Asia → Worldwide / 世界各地 10〜25 business days 一部商品（シューズなど）。追跡対応。

  • These are average timeframes, and may vary slightly during busy seasons or customs checks.

  • You will receive a tracking number once the order has been shipped.

  • EU shipments do not require customs clearance.
    　EU圏内の配送には関税手続きは不要です。
