14日間の返品ポリシー / 14-Day Return Policy

当店では 14 日間の返品ポリシーを適用しています。商品を受け取ってから 14 日以内に返品をリクエストすることができます。
We offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

返品の対象となるためには：
To be eligible for a return:

  • 商品が受け取ったときと同じ状態であること
    The item must be in the same condition as when you received it

  • 未着用または未使用であること
    It must be unworn or unused

  • タグが付いていること
    With tags attached

  • 元のパッケージに入っていること
    In its original packaging

  • レシートまたは購入証明があること
    Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

返品が受け入れられる場合、返品ラベルと返送手順をメールでお送りします。事前連絡なしに返送された商品は受け付けられません。
If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions. Items returned without prior request will not be accepted.

破損および問題 / Damages and Issues

商品を受け取った際には必ずご確認ください。欠陥・破損・誤配送があった場合は速やかにご連絡ください。状況を確認の上、対応させていただきます。
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.

例外／返品不可商品 / Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

以下の商品は返品を受け付けておりません：
The following items cannot be returned:

  • 生鮮品（食品、生花、植物など）
    Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)

  • カスタマイズ品（特注品、名入れなど）
    Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)

  • 衛生用品（美容・下着など）
    Personal care goods (such as beauty products or underwear)

  • 危険物、可燃性液体、ガス
    Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

また、セール品やギフトカードも返品できません。
Unfortunately, sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

交換 / Exchanges

最速の方法は、一度商品を返品いただき、返品が承認された後に新しい商品をご購入いただくことです。
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

欧州連合の14日間クーリングオフ / European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

EU域内への発送については、理由を問わず 14 日以内に返品・キャンセルを行う権利があります。商品は受け取ったときと同じ状態で、未使用・タグ付き・元パッケージ入りである必要があります。購入証明も必要です。
For merchandise shipped into the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, in its original packaging, and proof of purchase is required.

返金 / Refunds

返品商品を受領・検査後、返金の可否をお知らせします。承認された場合、10営業日以内に元の決済方法で返金いたします。
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

返金処理には銀行やカード会社の処理時間がかかる場合があります。
Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

返品承認から 16営業日以上経過しても返金が確認できない場合、glyasdi0123@gmail.com までご連絡ください。
If more than 16 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at glyasdi0123@gmail.com.
